2. General Information
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat it confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations. This statement describes which data is collected when visiting this website, what we use it for, and what rights you are entitled to.
This website does not set any cookies upon mere access. No cross-device recognition takes place, and no data is transmitted to third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Hosting and Provision of the Website
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf. The provider processes the data generated when the website is accessed exclusively on our behalf and according to our instructions. A contract for commissioned processing according to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. The servers are located in Germany.
In order for your browser to display a page, it transmits technically necessary information to the server — in particular the requested address, your IP address, browser type, and operating system. This information is processed exclusively for the duration of the connection.
Log files about your page visit are not created and not stored. An evaluation of access behavior does not take place at this level.
The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free and secure operation of the website.
4. Contacting Us
4.1 Contact Form
If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, we process the data you enter to handle the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
Your entries are not stored in the website database. The form delivers the inquiry exclusively by email to our inbox; no copy remains on the server of this website thereafter.
The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided your inquiry is directed towards the conclusion or performance of a contract. In all other cases, we base the processing on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
We delete the delivered email as soon as your inquiry has been conclusively processed and no legal retention obligations stand in the way. Inquiries that lead to a business relationship are subject to commercial and tax law retention periods of six or ten years.
You can object to the storage at any time; we will then delete the data, provided no retention obligation exists.
4.2 Inquiries by Email and Phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle the request. The same legal bases and periods apply as for the contact form.
5. Reach Measurement with Matomo
This website uses Matomo, a software for the statistical evaluation of visitor access. Unlike common analysis services, we operate Matomo on our own server. No data is transmitted to third parties and no data is transferred to third countries.
We have configured Matomo so that as little data as possible is generated:
- No cookies. Matomo works in cookie-less mode. No information is stored on or retrieved from your terminal device.
- Shortened IP address. Your IP address is shortened by two bytes before any processing and is only stored in this shortened form. An assignment to your person is therefore not possible for us.
- Do Not Track is respected. If you have activated the “Do Not Track” setting in your browser, no measurement takes place.
- No profiling, no advertising. The data serves exclusively for our own evaluation and is not used for advertising purposes or merged with other sources.
The pages accessed, the duration of stay, the sequence of page views, the approximate region of origin, the device category used, and interactions such as downloading documents or submitting the contact form are recorded. We use this evaluation to improve the content and structure of this website.
The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the needs-based design of this website. Because Matomo neither stores information on your terminal device nor accesses information stored there, consent according to § 25 Para. 1 DDG is not required.
Raw data is deleted after 24 months. We retain evaluated, aggregated reports that no longer have any personal reference beyond that period.
6. Google Maps on the Contact Page
On our contact page, we embed a map from the Google Maps service. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The map is only loaded after you have given your consent. Until then, you will see a notice with a button in its place. Only when you press this button will your browser establish a connection to Google and, in doing so, transmit your IP address, among other things. A transmission to the USA cannot be ruled out.
The legal basis is your consent according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 Para. 1 DDG. You can revoke your consent at any time for the future — via the “Privacy Settings” link at the bottom of every page.
You can also find our address as text on the contact page; you are not dependent on the map.

7. Career Portal
Our job portal under “Careers” is technically provided by Jobcluster Deutschland GmbH, Fuldaer Straße 13, 36124 Eichenzell, and integrated into our website.
The provider processes the data generated — in particular your IP address and the information provided by you as part of an application — exclusively on our behalf and according to our instructions. We have concluded a contract for commissioned processing with the provider according to Art. 28 GDPR.
The legal basis for the processing of applicant data is § 26 Para. 1 BDSG in conjunction with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. We delete application documents six months after the conclusion of the process, unless you have consented to longer storage.
8. Download of Documents
On this website, we provide data sheets, brochures, certificates, and studies for download. No registration and no provision of personal data is required for the download. We only record statistically which file was accessed how often — as part of the reach measurement described under Section 5 and without personal reference.
9. Managing and Revoking Consents
For content that requires consent — currently the map on the contact page — we show you a notice with selection options upon your first visit. Your selection is stored on your terminal device so that we can respect it during further visits.
You can change your selection at any time. The “Privacy Settings” link can be found at the bottom of every page. Revocation is just as easy as granting it and takes effect for the future; the lawfulness of the processing carried out until then remains unaffected.
10. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies upon mere access. The reach measurement described under Section 5 also works without cookies.
Only the following is stored:
privacy_embeds— contains your selection regarding content requiring consent according to Section 9. The cookie is only created when you make a selection and is deleted after 30 days. Without this storage, we would have to ask you again every time you access a page.- a technically necessary login cookie, provided you log in to our editorial system as an editor. It is not created for visitors to the website.
Both are required for the operation you requested; consent according to § 25 Para. 2 No. 2 DDG is not required for this.
11. Encryption
For security reasons, this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the string “https://” in your browser’s address bar and by the lock symbol. When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
12. Our Presence in Social Networks
We maintain profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. No content from these networks is integrated into this website. The references in our footer are simple links; only when you click on one of them does your browser leave this website and contact the respective network.
We are jointly responsible with the operators for the processing of your data on the platforms themselves, insofar as it concerns the evaluation of page statistics. Which data the operators access in detail and how they use it is beyond our knowledge and influence. Please note the privacy notices of the respective providers:
- LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
- Google Ireland Limited (YouTube): https://policies.google.com/privacy
If you wish to assert your rights as a data subject against us, a message to the address mentioned under Section 1 is sufficient. We will forward requests that we cannot fulfill ourselves to the respective operator.
13. Recipients of Your Data
We only pass on your data insofar as this is necessary to fulfill our tasks. Recipients are:
- our hoster ALL-INKL.COM as a processor (Section 3)
- Jobcluster Deutschland GmbH as a processor for the career portal (Section 7)
- Google, exclusively after your consent when loading the map (Section 6)
A transfer to third countries only takes place in the case of the map and only if you have consented.
14. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to
- Access to the data stored about your person (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of granted consents with effect for the future (Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR)
Right to object: Insofar as we process data on the basis of a legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
To do so, please contact the address mentioned under Section 1.
Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is:
The Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information
Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden
https://datenschutz.hessen.de
15. Objection to Advertising Emails
The use of contact data published in the legal notice for sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby objected to. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We adapt this statement as soon as the data processing on this website changes. The version published here applies in each case.
