Facebook & Instagram
The following applies to the use of our Facebook fan page set up at https://www.facebook.com/schlaadtunternehmensgruppe:
According to a ruling by the ECJ of 5 June 2018, we – in addition to Facebook itself – are jointly responsible for the processing of personal data that takes place there. This specifically concerns the “Facebook Insight” function, which cannot be deactivated by us. This uses cookies, each of which contains a unique user code that is active for two years and that Facebook stores on the hard drive of the computer or another data carrier of visitors to the fan page.
The user code, which can be linked to the registration data of users who are registered on Facebook, is collected and processed when the fan pages are accessed. The data collected and processed is used to obtain anonymized statistical data regarding the users of this page. Further information on the type and scope of data processing can be found here:
https://www.facebook.com/help/794890670645072?ref=fbb_page_insights
Anyone who does not want such collection and anonymized evaluation of their own data via Facebook Insight should configure their browser accordingly so that it does not accept cookies.
Our website uses functions of the LinkedIn network. The provider is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Each time you access one of our pages that contains LinkedIn functions, a connection to LinkedIn servers is established. LinkedIn is informed that you have visited our internet pages with your IP address. If you click the LinkedIn “Recommend button” while logged into your LinkedIn account, LinkedIn can associate your visit to our website with you and your user account. We point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by LinkedIn.
